Ann Brittian Green was born on March 9, 1971. She grew up in Gaston County, North Carolina, graduating as Salutatorian from South Point High School in 1989. She subsequently graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1993. Following her college graduation, Ann Brittian attended Wake Forest University School of Law, earning her Juris Doctor degree in 1996.

Upon passing the North Carolina bar examination, Ann Brittian returned to Gaston County, North Carolina in September, 1996 to enter private practice with Douglas P. Arthurs and Nancy E. Foltz at the firm where she had interned throughout her college and law school years. In 2003, Ann Brittian became a partner of the firm. She primarily handles real estate related matters, including but not limited to, residential and commercial real estate transactions and closings, buying and selling real property, as well as foreclosure and collection matters. In addition, Ann Brittian may assist clients with the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, living wills and the administration or probate of estates.

Ann Brittian has been a member of the Gaston County Bar Association, the North Carolina Bar Association and the North Carolina State Bar since 1996. She served as Secretary for the Gaston County Bar Association in 2000 and 2001. Ann Brittian is active within the Gaston County Bar Association and within the greater Gaston County community serving in a variety of volunteer positions.
